Proposed modernisation and alteration works to the lifeguard station include the following: * Install new sliding double doors to replace existing window. * Remove existing internal staircase and reinstate roof. * Install new galvanised external staircase as shown on accompanying plans. * Install new Alwitra type roof covering over the entire roof. * Install new safety railings to match existing in the position shown on accompanying plans. * Decorate inside and out. * Lay new floorcovering as required.
