Notice Description

This tender is to establish a Framework agreement for the distribution of the East Riding of Yorkshire Council's resident's magazine 'Your EastRiding' which is currently distributed quarterly to circa 152,000 addresses in the county. The council is seeking a single supplier to provide a distribution solution to ensure that this magazine is delivered to addresses within the county boundary. It is very important to the council that every address in the county receives the magazine, and that the magazine is not delivered to addresses in neighbouring authorities. The successful supplier will provide a distribution solution which will facilitate delivery to post code areas which are fully within the East Riding Boundary and also a more tailored delivery method which includes addressing and polywrapping for post code areas which may include addresses within the East Riding Boundary who must receive the magazine and also addresses included in neighbouring authorities which must not receive the magazine.
