Notice Description

The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has introduced Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) which all social landlords need to start collecting from April 2023. The perception based TSMs must be collected through a tenant survey which is compliant with the TSM methodology and technical requirements. Runnymede Borough Council, Adur District Council and Tandridge District Council (the Councils) have entered into a partnership to deliver the required survey of TSM perception measures for each of their respective social housing portfolios. Additional information: This tender is to be completed electronically using the SE Shared Services Procurement eSourcing portal. https://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing/opportunities The SE Shared Services eSourcing portal provides a web-based tool that provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering and quotation activities reducing the time and effort required for both buyers and Potential Bidders.
