Reactive Maintenance Tender
Notice Description
Plymouth Community Homes (hereafter PCH or employer) are seeking bids from suitably qualified and highly experienced contractors for the provision reactive maintenance and voids works and services to PCH properties in order to supplement our in-house capacity. PCH expects to setup a framework contract for these works and services , appointing a number of contractors for each lot of the framework in accordance with the table below PCH's detailed requirements are defined within the specification document(s). It is expected that the framework duration will be for up to four years. The contract will have an estimated total value of PS30 M This tender has been split into Lots
