Summary of the contracting process

Hanover Housing Association is currently conducting a competitive dialogue tender process for their "Hanover Housing Planned Asset Maintenance & Investment Works" contract. This opportunity encompasses planned and cyclical asset investment needs across four geographical lots in the UK, targeting varied locations including the North East, North West, and London. The contract will span 10 years, starting from 1st April 2019, with an estimated annual value of £3.5 to £4 million per lot, culminating in potential total expenditures of £35 to £40 million over the contract duration. Interested parties must submit their bids before the deadline on 6th April 2018. A bidders' open day is scheduled for 16th March 2018 to provide additional insights into the requirements and process.

Companies capable of demonstrating a minimum turnover of £7 million per annum are encouraged to apply, with those applying for multiple lots required to show £14 million. The competitive nature of the dialogue process will allow selected contractors to tailor their bids closely to Hanover's strategic asset investment goals, making this an attractive opportunity for experienced firms seeking to expand their portfolio within the public sector.
