Notice Description

Opportunity The SMT will offer the City with the opportunity to better understand the following: - Risk Reduction: Understand as to whether the Corporations requirements will assist in significantly reduce the likelihood of mistakes in the administration of a HR, Payroll and Financial solution - Procurement: Understand the possibility of an end-to-end solution inclusive of procurement - Indicative / associated costs and feasibility for the provision of a single software solution, as opposed to single solutions, properly defined, implemented and that commensurate with the strategic and operational needs of the City - The removal and/or automation of manual process and workarounds which are currently necessary to underpin the current systems and processes - The requirement to meet employee and manager self-service through automation - Ability to address compliance, regulatory shortfalls, and address any limitations that they Supplier may have, please ensure you include reference to the Police in your response - Transformation of user and business operations by utilising modern technology, this should also include but not be limited to business intelligence and insight - Clearer understanding of how much the work would cost and take - Assist in the provision of a better business case for spending controls against business requirements
