TITLE: Frampton Cotterell Grounds Maintenance Contract April 2023-March 2024 REFERENCE: Grounds Maintenance Contract DEADLINE: 12 Noon Monday 16th January 2023 LOCATIONS: Ridings Road Play Area - BS36 2RX Beesmoor Road Playing Field - BS36 2JN The Park Playing Fields - BS36 2DA DESCRIPTION: This contract is open for quotation to undertake grounds maintenance and grasscutting. The contract will initially be for one year with the option to extend the contract by a further two years subject to satisfactory standards being met. SUBMISSION OF TENDER: Tenders shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions for Tendering. The tenderer is required to submit their tender submission email to the following address: finance@framptoncotterell-pc.gov.uk The tenderer must mark the subject line "GROUNDS MAINTENANCE TENDER" failure to do so may result in your tender not being accepted. The tender, signed by a Director of the company together with accompanying documentation completed as directed, shall be sent by email marked only GROUNDS MAINTENANCE TENDER - For the attention of Parish Clerk- STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL' RETURNING TENDERS Tenders must be received by 12 Noon on Monday 16th January 2023, which shall be the final date and time for acceptance of the tender. SITE VISITS All Tenderers are requested to contact the Clerk in advance of their intention to visit site during the tender period. The relevant contact details are the Clerk Tel: 01454 864442 or 07925130149. Email: clerk@framptoncotterell-pc.gov.uk. In the event of any queries, you may have arising during the tender completion period; these should be submitted directly by email to the Clerk. The last date for acceptance of queries being 12.00 Noon on Friday 13th January 2023 after which all Tenderers shall be deemed to have become fully conversant with the requirements set out in the tender documents.
