Nottinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service (NFRS) currently uses an external provider to undertake its biennial staff survey of its workforce of approximately 860 staff. NFRS is conducting a competitive procurement to test the market to ensure it realises best value for money and to benefit from any advances/ developments in the employee engagement sector. This tender is being run electronically via NFRS's Electronic Tendering portal In-tend.
