As part of Somerset County Council's (SCC) Apprenticeship Programme, a procurement exercise is required to contract with a training provider to deliver a new training cohort for 6-15 SEND apprentices in 2020. The cohort would be studying a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship.
