Crawley Borough Council - Civil Engineering and Hard Landscaping Minor Works
Notice Description
The Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified organisations for a Civil Engineering and Hard Landscaping Minor Works Framework contract. The types of works anticipated are likely to involve drainage works, flood alleviation and land drainage improvements, footpath & cycleway improvements, highway improvements, hard landscaping, environmental Improvements, provision and Installation of street furniture and vegetation clearance. The duration of the Contract shall be for an initial period of 3 years from 2nd January 2019 until 1st January 2022. The option shall also exist to extend the Contract for up to 2 years, subject to satisfactory performance, up to a maximum contract term of five years to 1st January 2024. The scope of the work will vary in nature and size from values of PS1,000 up to a maximum of PS500,000 with an anticipated average annual value of PS250,000 to PS300,000. The Council is undertaking an open procurement process under the Council's local tender process. Additional information: This tender is to be completed electronically using the SE Shared Services Procurement eSourcing portal. https://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing/opportunities The SE Shared Services eSourcing portal provides a web-based tool that provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering and quotation activities reducing the time and effort required for both buyers and Potential Bidders. The portal allows for tender clarifications and submitting your bid electronically. In order to bid for this opportunity you will need to register your company on the SE Shared Services portal.
