Notice Description

Hartlepool Borough Council (HBC) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified organisation to operate its CCTV Monitoring Service from the councils monitoring offices currently located in the Civic Centre, Victoria Road, Hartlepool, utilising the council's monitoring equipment. Full details are provided in the Specification and tender documentation. The Contract will commence on the 1st July 2021 for a period of 3 years to 30th June 2024, with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 month periods up to 30th June 2026 subject to funding and performance This tender will be a 1 Stage Process under the Public Contract Regulation 2015 Open Procedure. Full details of the tender process and evaluation are provided in the tender documents. Interested Organisation wishing to register an interest and download the tender documents, should apply via the ProContract e-tendering portal https://procontract.due-north.com All completed documentation for this tender must be uploaded via the ProContract e-tendering portal Only and submitted no later than 14:00 hours on Friday 26th February 2021. Late submissions will not be accepted. (Postal and e-mail submissions will also not be accepted.)
