NHS England South West - Provision of a Risk Stratification Solution
Notice Description
NHS England South West would like to invite Suppliers to participate in market engagement activities regarding the provision of a Risk Stratification solution on behalf of the ICBs within the region. This is part of a wider Remote Health Management programme which aims to incorporate risk stratification capabilities, and remote monitoring or management pilots within its delivery ambitions to support improved and person-centred care for South West citizens. The aim of the risk stratification solution is to support integrated neighbourhood teams to risk stratify cohorts of patients for the purpose of identifying those at risk of an experiencing hospital attendance within 6 -12 months. The market engagement will comprise of a virtual engagement event and a questionnaire which will give suppliers an opportunity to shape and inform thinking to aid the development of the specification and procurement strategy. The market engagement event will take place via MS Teams on 3rd May 2023 between 14:00 and 15:30. The event will offer insight on the region's current thinking on the future delivery of these services which form part of the wider Remote Health Management Programme. The market engagement questionnaire is available via the e-procurement system, Atamis. Interested suppliers will be invited to complete this by the 9th May 2023.
