The Council wishes to invite tender submissions from suitably qualified suppliers who can provide a robust, reliable, efficient and cost effective data driven print service used to produce car parking permits which will need to be clearly displayed on the inside of a car windscreen and garden waste weather resistant stickers which would be attached to resident's wheelie bins both are to last a period of 1 year
