Notice Description

West Midlands Fire and Rescue Authority ("the Authority") is conducting this procurement using a voluntary process akin to an 'Open Tender process' in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 for the purpose of procuring 'works' described in the Specification/s set out at Appendix Two (2) This tender covers the requirement to award a Framework Agreement for Planned works for a period of four years. Works are detailed within the Lots as specified at Section 1.6 and could include: General & Civil Building works, Re-decorations and Refurbishment of Offices, Ablutions, Relocations or Construction works, Electrical Installation works, Appliance Bay Installation works, Fire Alarm & Security Works under PS250,000. Full details can be found in the Specification (Appendix 2) Contracts would be awarded by conducting 'Further Competition' with Evaluation on Price Only under this Framework Agreement.
