NMRN is seeking through this tender process to appoint marketing, event, corporate and fundraising design and creative support to produce a selection of creative concepts for 2019 through to 2022 which can be worked up for all its collateral, media and digital campaigns for a period commencing 1 July 2019 to 31 March 2022. Our key objectives include: To increase awareness using impactful creative to drive visitor footfall To creatively produce designs to promote Portsmouth Historic Dockyard (PHD) in Portsmouth, The Royal Navy Submarine Museum and Explosion Museum (both located in Gosport), The Fleet Air Arm Museum (FAAM) in Yeovilton, Somerset and The National Museum of the Royal Navy - Hartlepool (NMRN H) and HMS Caroline in Belfast as national visitor attractions to target audiences. To deliver impactful call to action 'BUY NOW, BOOK ON LINE SAVE XXX%' campaigns which cut through our competitor's creative and give us significant eye-catching traction. To target key audiences especially during the school holidays and half terms to encourage visits while living or visiting key destination hot spots located within the 90 minute drive time of the destinations. To deliver marketing and corporate photography and video content To deliver a national fundraising creative portfolio to support raising PS5 million for the Royal Marines Museum To design and project manage the production and print buying for the annual membership brochure 'Scuttlebutt' The appointed agency should plan a 3 yearlong creative campaign focused mainly on, but not limited to leaflets, posters, brochures, flyers, outdoor media, bus sides and backs and all digital platforms (we have many websites and social media accounts). Additional information: Please can you supply quotes for the following: 1. MARKETING 1.1. 200 days for headline design work for key campaigns in the marketing department - from brief, to concept to delivery 1.2. 50 days support for itereations of design concepts 1.3. 10 days photography 1.4. 10 days videography 1.5. 10 days video editing 2. MEMBERSHIP BROCHURE 2.1. 40 days for design of membership's annual brochure (170 pages): project management, liaiasing with content providers, liaising with advertisers, photography, managing production and print buying. 3. CORPORATE 3.1. 16 days for design of all corporate hospitality creative 3.2. 16 days for design for corporate wedding brochures 3.3. 5 days for design for corporate flyers and ad hoc designs 3.4. 2 days for retail signage and packaging designs 3.5. 4 days photography 3.6. 4 days video 3.7. 4 days editing 4. FUNDRAISING 4.1. 7 days for ad hoc designs including leaflets, invitations, web pages, advertising etc
