This tender represents a significant opportunity for construction firms, particularly those with expertise in creating high-quality residential facilities that meet specific accessibility needs, as 25% of the rooms must be wheelchair compliant and equipped with ensuite hoist facilities. Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) are encouraged to participate, and businesses experienced in working within community-focused projects that create safe and homely environments will be well-positioned to compete effectively. Firms that can demonstrate strong design capabilities and environmental considerations, such as retaining existing landscape features, will find themselves particularly suited for this tender.
