Contract for the Provision of Project Management Services Relating to the Restoration and Enhancement of Brinton Park
Notice Description
Wyre Forest District Council (WFDC) wishes to appoint a Project Manager with experience of the scope of works that Heritage Lottery Fund public park projects encompass to assist the Council in the preparation of a HLF Round 2 Bid securing the restoration and enhancement of Brinton Park in Kidderminster. The Project Manager will work in partnership with WFDC to procure a professional team of specialist consultants, and will then manage the project through the Development phase to fully develop restoration and renewal proposals for Brinton Park. Subject to a successful Round 2 grant application, the successful Project Manager will also lead the project through the Delivery Phase to project completion and evaluation. It is the Council's intention to submit a Round 2 Application for this project to HLF by end of February 2020 and if successful in securing HLF grant funding, to then implement a comprehensive scheme of works. Additional information: The Council are using the e-procurement portal known as the Due North Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise. To gain access to the procurement documents, contractors will need to register their company details at the above website. Once registered, contractors will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents. Contractors will need to search for the invitation under Wyre Forest District Council and then electronically submit an expression of interest and follow the online instructions to view the procurement documents.
