Notice Description

1. The Trust will make its radiopharmacy facilities at Queen Alexandra Hospital, Portsmouth, available for use by the successful supplier. This will involve issuing a Licence to Occupy or Lease for the facility to the supplier. 2. The supplier is expected to tender to provide the Trust with radiopharmaceutical products including Tc-99m at a competitive price not exceeding current market rates. 3. The supplier may use the facility to provide radiopharmaceutical products to other customers, and will be supported to do so. 4. The Trust expects to receive the following in return: a. A fixed rent for the facility and supporting services; b. Reimbursement for the cost of any high cost devices or services; c. A revenue share of external sales. 5. The supplier must undertake the preparation of radiopharmaceuticals in compliance with the principles of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), as specified in European Directive 2003/94/EC and incorporated in the UK into the Human Medicines Regulations 2012. 6. Should the supplier be contracted to provide radiopharmaceutical products to the Trust, a Technical (Quality) Agreement (TA) must be drawn up including a table of responsibilities between contract giver and contract acceptor.
