Pre Market Engagement to search the market for a solution that compliments the existing access control system that is in place to determine occupancy and use of space coupled with analysis of activities. Potential suppliers are requested to review the PME questionnaire and provide responses only at this stage. Further clarifications may be required at a later stage as specified within the questionnaire document. Participation in this engagement requires registration to the Procurement portal 'In-Tend' https://in-tendhost.co.uk/llaol/aspx/Home. For further details please see PME questionnaire within the Document Set. Additional information: Not a contract notice / tender at this stage. A separate notice will go out should LLA look to progress with this project / proceed to issue a tender. Please note that this Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) activity will not influence the evaluation of any subsequent tender and are purely to better inform the LLA project team. We may use information gathered at this stage to ensure that the project is market friendly and fit for purpose. Any information provided may be used to assist us in developing the tender and ensure that it allows all suppliers the opportunity to submit the best possible tender response that will lead to LLA selecting the solution that meets our requirements and needs. Suppliers needn't submit a response to this PME in order to bid for any subsequent tender. To access this or any other LLA open PME / tender advert and to view the necessary documents and express your interest, please visit the LLA e-Tendering Portal at: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/llaol All tender and PME opportunities can be found under the Tenders link in the grey bar just below the LLA logo banner.
