Waverley Borough Council (WBC) invites Expressions of Interest in relation to a framework agreement providing building works for approximately 5,000 properties within Waverley, Surrey. It is intended that the framework agreement will commence in April, 2019. The maximum duration of the framework agreement is four years The framework will be divided into the following lots: Lot 1: Redecorations and associated repairs Lot 2: Roofing Works Lot 3: Drainage Works Lot 4: General Building Works This tender is to be completed electronically using the SE Shared Services Procurement eSourcing portal. https://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing/opportunities The SE Shared Services eSourcing portal provides a web-based tool that provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering and quotation activities reducing the time and effort required for both buyers and Potential Bidders.
