Planned service & maintenance for Mechanical Engineering Building Services
Notice Description
North Wales Police seek the services of an experienced and qualified contractor who will be able to provide planned maintenance and servicing to a schedule for our boiler/heating systems across the region and to also work with North Wales Fire & Rescue Service, comprising of approximately 60 police stations and 50 fire stations. 1. Gas boilers 2. Heating system 3. Heating controls 4. Commercial pipework 5. Ventilation systems 6. Air Conditioning Police Vetting required via Warwickshire vetting service to NPPV Level 2. Cytundeb ar gyfer Gwaith Cynnal a Chadw Cynlluniedig ar gyfer Gwasanaethau Adeiladau Peirianneg Mecanyddol Mae Heddlu Gogledd Cymru yn chwilio am gontractwr gwasanaethau profiadol a chymwys, fydd yn gallu darparu gwasanaethau cynnal a chadw cynlluniedig ar amserlen ar gyfer ein systemau boeler / gwresogi ledled y rhanbarth, ac hefyd i weithio efo Gwasanaeth Tan ac Achub Gogledd Cymru, sy'n cynnwys oddeutu 60 gorsaf heddlu a 50 gorsaf dan. 1. Boeleri nwy 2. System Wresogi 3. Rheolaethau gwresogi 4. Gwaith peipiau masnachol 5. Systemau awyru 6. System oeri'r aer Bydd angen Fetio Heddlu drwy wasanaeth fetio Swydd Warwick hyd at Lefel 1 NPPV. Fe hysbyswn o ddyddiad cychwyn y cytundeb maes o law, ac fydd, pan wedi'i wobrwyo, yn rhedeg am 2 flynedd. Bydd opsiwn i'w ymestyn +1+1+1, os ydy'r holl bartion yn hapus efo'r perfformiad a'r wasanaeth a ddarperir.
