Rural Grass Cutting Services (NY Highways)
Notice Description
This Provision of Rural Grass Cutting 2021-2024 Contract is for Contractors to provide rural grass cutting services to NY Highways Limited, across the North Yorkshire County area. NY Highways Limited is seeking a single Contractor in each of the seven geographical lot areas. The seven lots correspond to the areas of North Yorkshire County Council's seven Highway Area Offices, which in turn correspond with the boundaries of the seven District and Borough Councils in North Yorkshire.
Lot Information
Richmondshire District Area
This contract is to undertake annual programmed grass cutting across the Richmondshire District Area's rural road network. Rural roads are defined as those with a speed limit above 40mph.
Renewal: Three year initial period with an option to extend for a further period of 2 years.
Hambleton District AreaThis contract is to undertake annual programmed grass cutting across the Hambleton District Area's rural road network. Rural roads are defined as those with a speed limit above 40mph.
Renewal: Three year initial period with an option to extend for a further period of 2 years.
Scarborough District AreaThis contract is to undertake annual programmed grass cutting across the Scarborough District Area's rural road network. Rural roads are defined as those with a speed limit above 40mph.
Renewal: Three year initial period with an option to extend for a further period of 2 years.
Ryedale District AreaThis contract is to undertake annual programmed grass cutting across the Ryedale District Area's rural road network. Rural roads are defined as those with a speed limit above 40mph.
Renewal: Three year initial period with an option to extend for a further period of 2 years.
Craven District AreaThis contract is to undertake annual programmed grass cutting across the Craven District Area's rural road network. Rural roads are defined as those with a speed limit above 40mph.
Renewal: Three year initial period with an option to extend for a further period of 2 years.
Harrogate District AreaThis contract is to undertake annual programmed grass cutting across the Harrogate District Area's rural road network. Rural roads are defined as those with a speed limit above 40mph.
Renewal: Three year initial period with an option to extend for a further period of 2 years.
Selby District AreaThis contract is to undertake annual programmed grass cutting across the Selby District Area's rural road network. Rural roads are defined as those with a speed limit above 40mph.
Renewal: Three year initial period with an option to extend for a further period of 2 years.
