Provision of Small Works Services to ORE Catapult sites, to include: Lot 1 - Small Construction Work Lot 2 - Plumbing & Heating Lot 3 - Electrical Lot 4 - Plastering Lot 5 - Painting & Decorating Lot 6 - Joinery
Lot Information
Small Construction Work
Small Construction works required may include, but shall not be limited to, the following: * General refurbishment of individual rooms i.e. paintwork, carpets/carpet tiles; * General brickwork and repairs i.e. repairs following damage/ deterioration; * Brickwork alterations and additions i.e. new walls, core drilling etc.; * Design work to facilitate quotes; * Control room and office fit outs for fixed benches and installation; * All forms of Ironmongery design and installations; * Installation of new glazing; * Outbuildings and container fit outs/refurbishments; * Repair, replacement or install of all types of fencing and gates; * Roof and building cladding repairs; * Supply and install of site signage and line painting; and * Tarmac & concrete surfacing
Plumbing & HeatingPlumbing services required may include, but shall not be limited to, the following: * Pipe work insulation and frost protection; * Drains / Sinks cleared; * Waste disposal units; * Full installations; * Outside taps; * Burst pipes/leaks; * Drainage & Blockage; and * Emergency 24/7 call-out service. * Heating services required may include, but shall not be limited to, the following: * Heating Repairs to all leading makes of boilers and gas appliances; * Gas pressure testing and safety checks; * System extension and upgrading; * Flushing and treating systems; * Boiler upgrades and renewals; * Fault diagnostics and repairs; * Thermostatic radiator valves; * Servicing and maintenance.; and * Full installations.
ElectricalElectrical services required may include, but shall not be limited to, the following: * Installation maintenance; * Portable Appliance Testing (PAT); * Lighting & power; * Inspection & Testing; * General power installations; * Emergency lighting systems & testing; * Rewiring; * Installation Testing; * Three phase supplies; and * Emergency 24/7 call-out service.
PlasteringPlastering services required may include, but shall not be limited to, the following: * Plastering of interior walls and ceilings; * Plastering of external walls; * Repairs to internal walls/ceilings; * Repairs to internal/external walls; and * Plaster boarding.
Painting & DecoratingPainting & Decorating services required may include, but shall not be limited to, the following: * Painting/Decorating of internal/external walls; * Painting of ceilings; * Painting of woodwork; and * Painting of Metalwork.
JoineryJoinery services required may include, but shall not be limited to, the following: * Doors & partitions; * Repairs & maintenance; * Installation of stud walls' and * Kitchen/bench replacement or installation.

"reviewDetails": "In the first instance, all appeals should be promptly brought to the attention of the contact specified in Section I above, and will be dealt with in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Any appeals must be brought within the timescales specified by the applicable law, including without limitation, the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. In accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the contracting authority will also incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period from the date information on award of contract is communicated to tenderers. As the UK does not have any special review body with responsibility for appeal/mediation procedures in public procurement competitions, any challenges will be dealt with by the High Court, Commercial Division, to which proceedings may be issued regarding alleged breaches of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015."
