The requirements covers a wide and diverse range of work activities. These activities can be ordered either singularly or in multiples and include: - Reactive and planned maintenance activities including an out of hours call out service for the trades\services noted above. - Minor works and refurbishment projects up to a value of 500,000 GBP per project.

The requirements covers a wide and diverse range of work activities. These activities can be ordered either singularly or in multiples and include: -Reactive and planned maintenance activities including an out of hours call out service for the trades\services noted above. -Minor works and refurbishment projects up to a value of 500,000 GBP per project. The expected period of the Framework Agreement is 3 years from the 01/08/2021 to the 31/07/2024 with option to extend by up to 12 month. Renewal: Option to extend the Framework Agreement for up to 12 month after the initial 3 years period.
