The Contracting Authority wishes to appoint one or more experienced and qualified service provider(s) in connection with delivering their Programme of Responsive Repairs and Void Refurbishment works. Applicants are advised that the works will comprise of a single 36 month Contract for each Lot.

Renewal: Subject to periodic performance reviews, Honeycomb may extend the term for an additional 12 months on two occasions.
