Fairfield Housing Association - R&M and Voids Reactive Maintenance

Lot 1 - R&M and Voids Reactive Maintenance To carry out reactive repairs including out of hours emergencies covering 365 days per year and 24/7 in-day and out of hours reactive repairs to properties and common areas at various sites within Fairfield Housing Association's stock as may be required from time to time during the Contract Period by the Contract Administrator or his representatives All trades works including but not exclusively Joiner, Plumber, Electrical, Builder, Plastering, Painting, Tiler, etc.

Renewal: The Measured Term Contract Agreement (MTCA) will be for a maximum period of 3 years; it will initially run for 12 months and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 single 12 month periods at Fairfield Housing Associations discretion.

Fairfield Housing Association - Electrical Reactive Maintenance

Lot 2 - Electrical Reactive Maintenance To carry out electrical reactive repairs including out of hours emergencies covering 365 days per year and 24/7 in-day and out of hours reactive repairs to properties and common areas at various sites within Fairfield Housing Association's stock as may be required from time to time during the Contract Period by the Contract Administrator or his representatives.
