RFP criteria will be as follows:- - Your vision for our project - Why you'd be a good fit for our organisation - Technical solution - Approach and methodology - How you will meet our users needs - How you will meet our functional requirements - How you will meet our non-functional requirements - Estimated timeframes and costs over the duration of the contract term - The risks perceived and how they will be managed - Team structure and qualifications - Managing training, support and on-going development - Recommendation for hosting and managing deployments - Case Study - Work History - How you will work as a team with our organisation and other suppliers - Demonstrate a commitment to collaborative and transparent working - Where appropriate, your response will need to detail any third party suppliers or resources you would use to deliver this project, the costs associated with them, and how you would contract them. Presentations will likely be timetabled for the week of 30/11/20. Your presentations can be structured as to your preference, but there must be clearly identifiable sections which cover the following:- - Why PSHE Association should choose us - Vision for delivering on PSHE Association's digital objectives. - Case Study - Approach and Methodology - Timeline and budget (MT Ref:222192)",
