The works required by Housing for Women mainly include but are not restricted to: - Responsive repairs including an out of hours service - Void refurbishment works - Major Works including disrepair, planned works and project works Additional information: All estimated Contract Values are exclusive of VAT.

Renewal: The Contract will be subject to annual reviews and run for a period of 5 years with the option for renewal, as decided by Housing for Women, by extension of up to a further five years in five one year extension periods. The maximum duration of the contract is therefore ten years.
