Notice Description
ISHA is looking to establish a DPS to deliver repairs and maintenance services to its customers' homes and some commercial properties, such as ISHA's offices. Other purchasing organisations such as other registered providers of social housing, Arm's Length Management Organisations (ALMOs) and/or local authorities may also utilise the DPS.
Lot Information
General Builder
Multi-trade contracts and works including but not limited to carpentry, plastering, decorating, groundworks, brickworks, etc. Individual tenders will provide more specific detail on the works required under each contract.
Renewal: The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend or shorten the DPS duration.
PlumbingPlumbing repair and maintenance work. Individual tenders will provide more specific detail on the works required under each contract.
