The Housing Executive owns and manages approximately 85,000 properties and collects over PS300 million per annum in rent/rates income. Additional information: The Initial Contract Period is for 26 months, there is an option to extend this Contract by any period or periods up to and including 60 months from the end of the Initial Contract Period. The total contract value in this notice relates to the maximum potential contract period including extensions [86 months] as included in the Conditions of Contract.

Options: This contract is for an initial 26 month period (Initial Contract Period) with an option to extend for any period or periods up to and including 60 months. The estimated contract value provided in section 11.1.5 in this notice is the Housing Executives estimated value for the total Contract Period including all extension periods.

If a Contractor fails to reach satisfactory levels of contract performance they will be given a specified time to improve. If, after the specified time, they still fail to reach satisfactory levels of contract performance, the matter will be escalated to senior management for further action. If this occurs and their performance still does not improve to satisfactory levels within the specified period, it may be regarded as an act of grave professional misconduct and they may be issued with a Notice of Unsatisfactory Performance and this Contract may be terminated.",
