Summary of the contracting process

The Ardenglen Housing Association Ltd is inviting tenders for a framework contract titled “Repairs & Maintenance and Void Framework” in the housing and community amenities sector. This procurement process is currently in the Tender stage and is focused on providing reactive and void repairs, including out-of-hours services, across approximately 982 properties in Glasgow and additional factored properties. Companies that can efficiently handle reactive repairs, are available for out-of-hours emergencies, and can demonstrate compliance with the stipulated community benefits will be well-positioned to compete. The contract’s emphasis on electronic submissions and performance indicators suggests that technologically adept contractors, with proven track records in responsive service delivery and community engagement, will have a competitive advantage in this tendering process.
