Lot 1
The work comprises the Servicing and Repair of Gas and Electric Fired Catering Equipment and Ventilation Systems at the establishments within the charge of the Council throughout the geographical area of Derbyshire as indicated in the property locations schedule as may be ordered by the Contract Administrator (The person from the Council who is responsible for managing this contract) during the Contract period. The authority reserves the right to carry out breakdown repairs with its own employees.
Renewal: The contract will be initially will be for two years with possible extensions of one year increments up to a maximum of 2 years. (2 +1+1)
