Procurement Information

The Capital and Estates department within Cardiff and Vale UHB currently use bespoke software system to enable them to function and undertake estate maintenance requests including statutory compliance services provided by MICAD. This requirement is additional and compatible with existing system, non-provision of this service would disrupt core estate statutory compliance management in particular asbestos management and the estates helpdesk which could potentially breach HSE.
