Minor Works Framework for Building Maintenance
Notice Description
Pembrokeshire County Council wishes to establish a framework for the provision of minor works for building maintenance. The framework will consist of mainly housing, non-housing and mechanical and electrical split across 10 Lots. This framework will cover internal and external refurbishments to the housing stock (est 5,000 properties), including responsive repairs, disabled adaptations, new kitchens and bathrooms, roofing works and repairs to windows and doors. It also includes repairs and small scale refurbishments to our schools and public buildings.
Lot Information
Works up to 25,000GBP (Lot 3a)
Additional contractors have been added to the framework due to the lack of capacity amongst the current contractors to be able to carry out the works that have accrued over the covid and post covid period. There is no change to the overall value of the framework agreement as these were anticipated works and included in the original framework value.
Renewal: Option to extend by up to 24 months in 12 month increments
