Notice Description

Day to Day Reactive Repairs. The successful contractor for each Lot will enter into two separate contracts, one with each Client. The contracts are not interdependent. There will be one schedule of rates for each Lot. The rates tendered therein will apply to both contracts.

Day to Day Reactive Repairs 2021-2024 Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Options: Option to add further properties to the contracts in the event of additional property acquisitions.

Renewal: The initial 36-month contract may be extended at the Client's discretion by a period of one year.
