The tender process will result in a framework being put in place which will be open to the following Fire and Rescue Services to utilise, although there will be no obligation for them to do so: - Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service - South Wales Fire and Rescue Service - North Wales Fire and Rescue Service
