The awarded supplier will be required to cover the cost of all ongoing maintenance, repairs, warranty management and provision of a back-office function for the charging points installed. It will also be necessary for the supplier to arrange the integration of their own back-office services with the bay sensors and the Council's Civil Enforcement Officers existing handheld devices. This collective integration platform will need to be provided to the Council's Parking Services department.The awarded supplier will also be required to provide/arrange meter installations and electricity supply for sites at their own cost and so any cost to be passed on by the Tenderer must be included in the submitted charging point pricing requested in Part 3. The Council will not accept invoices for these charges at a later date. The electricity connection will be from existing lighting columns, which are currently Balfour Beatty assets or through the connection provided by the local DNO within a dedicated feeder pillar.Coventry City Council will identify locations for the charge points called off under the contract. The Council will also arrange power supply connections and all the civils' work required for the installation of charge points called off under the contract.",
