This is a prior information notice only. The Post Office Limited (POL) intends to conduct a virtual Pre-Market Tender Engagement event week commencing 21st June 2021 and wishes to invite ICT suppliers to this event. Post Office Limited will outline the upcoming ICT procurement opportunities within the IT Capability Framework. The indicative timelines, scope of services, requirements and proposed commercial structure will be shared at the Pre-Market Engagement.. For Suppliers who wish to participate and attend the Pre-Market Tender Engagement should ensure they are registered in advance which can be done, at no cost, using the following link: https://postoffice.wax-live.com/S2C/ .

Strategy, Design and Innovation. The successful providers will provide qualified IT skills, knowledge and consultancy services as required by Post Office Limited for the provision of Design, Innovation, Architecture, Strategy, advice and audit. Additional information: The duration of the Framework Agreement shall be for a maximum of 48 months with the initial term of 2 years with two separate renewals of 1 year each (2+1+1). Renewals are optional and at Post Office Limited?s sole discretion.

Change and Transition Management

Change and Transition Management The successful providers will provide qualified IT skills, knowledge and consultancy services as required by Post Office Limited for the provision of Change and Transition Management to support Testing, Release Management, Change Management, Deployment, Planning and Project Management. Additional information: The duration of the Framework Agreement shall be for a maximum of 48 months with the initial term of 2 years with two separate renewals of 1 year each (2+1+1). Service Integration and Vendor Management

Service Integration and Vendor Management The successful providers will provide qualified IT skills, knowledge and consultancy services as required by Post Office Limited for the provision of Service Integration and Vendor Management to support the End to End SIAM assistance and services. Additional information: The duration of the Framework Agreement shall be for a maximum of 48 months with the initial term of 2 years with two separate renewals of 1 year each (2+1+1). Security

Security Services The successful providers will provide qualified IT skills, knowledge and consultancy services as required by Post Office Limited for the provision of Security Services to support any penetration testing and other accredited services. Additional information: The duration of the Framework Agreement shall be for a maximum of 48 months with the initial term of 2 years with two separate renewals of 1 year each (2+1+1). Network Operations

Network Operations The successful providers will provide qualified IT skills, knowledge and consultancy services as required by Post Office Limited for the provision of Network Operations to support Business Continuity, Network Security, Network Support. The future opportunity will be conducted as a ?Restricted Procedure? and advertised as eight separate lots, however potential suppliers will be able to bid for all Lots. This prior information notice (PIN) is to alert potential suppliers to the Pre-Market Tender Engagement and to the future opportunity. It is anticipated that the contract notice along with the ITT will be published in July 2021, in response to which potential suppliers can express interest and participate to tender. This PIN does not constitute a call for competition to procure any services, supplies or works mentioned in this PIN and Post Office Limited will not accept any proposals offered in response to this PIN. Post Office Limited intends to advertise the contract opportunity in July 2021, at this point potential suppliers will be able to access the procurement documents.
