The Welsh Government requires a supplier to work with the Client in the development and delivery of a Masters level programme which will form part of an innovative All Wales Public Service General Management Graduate Programme.

The Masters Programme will be delivered on a part time basis, at a location in Wales, to a maximum of 18 All Wales Public Service Graduates placed on the Programme, commencing in January 2022 and to be delivered within 22 months. The Programme will based on the latest research and combine theory, up to date knowledge of public service in Wales and the future challenges facing leaders in the public sector in Wales. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the development and delivery of the unique All Wales Public Service General Management Graduate Programme- designed to be a fast track programme for graduates designed specifically to meet the strategic requirements for sound managerial capability within the public service in Wales.
