Aberystwyth University has 7 halls of residence, divided between Third party managed and University owned accommodation, comprising 3249 bed spaces, arranged in flats, houses, and individual studios. The system will replace an existing in-house developed solution and will need to integrate with the in-house student data system (AStRA) and finance system (Agresso | Unit4 Business World) and be able to provide all contact-facing areas of the system bilingually, in English and Welsh. The University is seeking to initially contract for a 5-year period, with preferably the system being operational by April 2022.",
