The successful bidder will assume the Lead Service Integrator role based on ITIL principles and will facilitate the day-day running of the vendor ecosystem and oversight in collaboration with NWP's retained team. Contract will be for an initial period of four years with the possibility of being extended for 3 years. Contract commencement date to be agreed with successful provider.

Renewal: possibility of extending for an additional 3 years.
