Notice Description
The Council is inviting suppliers to tender for a framework contract for the provision of repairs and maintenance to heating equipment and servicing, repairs and maintenance to heating controls. The Council's property portfolio throughout Derbyshire includes but is not limited to: schools, libraries, corporate buildings and offices.
Lot Information
Heating repairs and maintenance to North Derbyshire
The successful bidder will carry out repairs and maintenance to the heating systems for the North District of Derbyshire on the Councils request to supplement the Council's in-house operations.
Renewal: The framework will be for an initial period of 2 years with an option to extend for up to 2 further periods of one year each subject to a performance review at the end of years 2 and 3 as detailed in the specification.

Servicing, repairs, and maintenance of heating controls to the entirety of DerbyshireThe successful bidder will carry out repairs and maintenance to heating controls for hot water and heating systems, BMS systems including control panels pumps and wiring. All heating control systems must have open protocol communication.
Renewal: The framework will be for an initial period of 2 years with an option to extend for up to 2 further periods of one year each subject to a performance review at the end of years 2 and 3 as detailed in the specification.

Debriefing by the Council shall be in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulation 2015 (as amended) 5 / 5 (the Regulations). If an appeal regarding the award of the contract has not been successfully resolved the Regulations provide for the aggrieved parties who are of the opinion that they have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the Regulations, to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
