Notice Description
NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership Procurement Services (NWSSP Proc S) hosted by Velindre NHS Trust, invite tenders on behalf of all NHS bodies in Wales to appoint suitably qualified suppliers of Insulin Pumps, CGM, associated consumables and Technology to include but not be limited to tethered/tubed pumps, patch type pumps, CGM, data visibility portals for the management of insulin pumps and apps to manage the functionality of an insulin pump to an all Wales Framework Agreement. The duration of this Framework Agreement will be 3 years with the option to extend for a further 12 months (maximum 4 years).
Lot Information
CONTINUOUS GLUCOSE MONITORING (CGM) AND ASSOCIATED CONSUMABLES
Provision of CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitoring) equipment. Can be used specifically with supplier own insulin pump system (ie proprietary), as stand alone monitoring equipment or with a range of insulin pump suppliers. This Lot includes associated CGM consumables.
PATCH TYPE INSULIN PUMPS AND ASSOCIATED CONSUMABLESThis Lot Specification relates to the provision of patch type insulin pump systems and their associated consumables.
VENDOR NEUTRAL DATA VISIBILITY PORTALS ASSOCIATED WITH INSULIN PUMPS AND OR CGMProvision of vendor neutral data visibility portals (ie. can be used with a range of insulin pump and CGM suppliers) which are used by Health Care Professionals and Patients to download and view / report data from insulin pumps and CGM systems.
APP (STAND ALONE) WHICH MANAGES THE FUNCTIONALITY OF AN INSULIN PUMPProvision of a stand-alone APP which is specific to controlling the functionality of an insulin pump and is utilised to facilitate a closed loop insulin delivery system.
TUBED / TETHERED TYPE INSULIN PUMPS AND ASSOCIATED CONSUMABLESTubed type Insulin Pumps and associated consumables and accessories. This includes Bidder own (proprietary) data visibility portals facilitating visibility (by both patient and HCP) and management of diabetes.
