Responsive repairs and maintenance to local authority owned social housing and associated communal facilities, including gas, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and associated trades. The work includes works to occupied and void properties; call handling; in hours and out of hours service delivery and emergency, urgent and routine services. Options: There are two pricing models in the tender documentation. The first includes void works being carried out on the basis of the Schedule of Rates and the second includes void works being carried out on a price per property basis based on property types.
