"rationale": "Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee: The effects of the Covid-19 pandemic including lockdowns and reintroduced restrictions has had a significant impact on available resources as well as testing and training activities required to replace the current IRIS system with an in-house alternative. As such, to ensure the current IRIS system,provided by WDM Systems Ltd, can continue to be used by Clients and Operating Companies alike, while the replacement system is tested and data migration between systems can be performed, an extension to September 2022 is required."
