Gas Servicing & Repairs Framework Agreement
Notice Description
Procurement Assist presents organisations who have been awarded a place on a 48-month Framework Agreement for the provision of Gas Servicing and Repairs services to gas appliances in domestic and commercial settings, for current and future Clients. The Framework Agreement may be used by (but not limited to) all NHS Trusts, Social Housing Providers, Local Authorities, Blue Light Services, Education, Charities and all other contracting authorities that are located in the United Kingdom including those listed in Schedule 1 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015/102.
Lot Information
Gas Auditing
Procurement Assist is seeking suitable contractors or consultants to provide gas auditing and related services, to current and future Clients of Procurement Assist. Audit services may include (but not limited to) the following: testing of 10% of gas servicing to domestic and commercial gas appliances, monitoring the quality of such servicing. The service must include presenting findings electronically to the Client.
Gas Compliance and Data ManagementProcurement Assist is seeking suitable contractors or consultants to provide gas compliance and data management services, to current and future Clients of Procurement Assist. Services under this Lot may include (but not limited to) the following: provision of an online data management system for accurate programme management ensuring 100% of gas appliances are serviced to current regulatory and legal requirements. The system must be able capture legal and regulatory information for example CP12 certificates in real-time.
Gas Servicing and MaintenanceProcurement Assist is seeking suitable Contractors to provide gas servicing, repairs and maintenance, to current and future Clients of Procurement Assist. Gas Servicing, repairs and maintenance services may include (but not limited to) the following: "3 Star" gas servicing to domestic and commercial gas appliances, any remedial works as a result of the service and the provision of an emergency out of hours service, including a call centre service.
Boiler and Heating Installation and CommissioningProcurement Assist is seeking suitable contractors to provide the removal and installation of new gas appliances, to current and future Clients of Procurement Assist. Gas appliances may include (but not limited to), gas boiler installations in domestic and commercial settings.
