Notice Description
Transport for London (TfL) on behalf of the Greater London Authority (GLA) along with key Stakeholders to this procurement, are seeking to appoint a supplier that will provide a full end to end event and project management service. The provision for a programme of events in London supporting Ceremonial activities. The core delivery objectives to this project includes but are not limited to: 1) Event management plans 2) Contracting services including stewarding and traffic management 3) Risk assessments and assurance 4) Testing and exercising Further information will be published within the tender documentation. Lot 1
The provision of Event Management Planning for a number of pre-planned and unforeseen events in London including mobilisation, project management, site management, project staffing with resource allocation. Contracting services such as stewarding and traffic management, risk assessments and assurance, stakeholder management and testing and exercising. There will be a minimum of twenty-five (25) key Stakeholders with full contacts list to be provided on appointment. The proposed events contract will be in collaboration with Department for Digital Culture Media and Sport (DCMS).
