    "description": "This will be a major framework to Leicester City Council and therefore the Authority attaches a lot importance to the planning and tendering of the project, given that a range of high profile projects would be commissioned through it. In order to fully explain the requirement for this tender and to gain feedback from suppliers, a market engagement event is being planned for Thursday 14th October 2021 at 2pm - 4pm. Interested bidders are encouraged to be prepared to provide feedback on the lotting structure and other areas where they wish to seek clarification from the Authority. Interested organisations who would like to attend the market engagement event are invited to email: procurement@leicester.gov.uk to request attendance. Please note that this event will be held via Microsoft Teams. The details to join the event will be circulated nearer the time. Attendees will be limited to 2 participants per organisation.",
