PSNI 2962038 Grounds Maintenance Services - PSNI Estate
Notice Description
The project is for the provision of Grounds Maintenance Services across the PSNI Estate. The Economic Operator will be responsible for the provision of the following: * The scope of the works for Grounds Maintenance for the PSNI Estate will encompass, but is not be limited to; maintenance of grassed areas/young trees and planted trees, hedge trimming, maintenance to road and pathway gratings, leaf clearance, site cleaning and moss clearance, hedge cutting and weed control, maintaining perimeters for approximately 150 sites. The service shall be made available 24 hours per day and 365 days per year (including all weekends and holiday periods). The Contract will be for an initial three year period with the possibility of 2 x one year extensions that will be at the Client's discretion. Further details can be found within the PQQ Package.
