Lot Information

Lot 1 - Servers

Servers OEM led lot with up to four routes to market either direct, with the OEM, or via nominated resellers. Suppliers must supply an approved range of servers and associated options. This lot includes maintenance renewals, management software and other software layers (where part of a hardware requirement). This lot includes the option to offer a hybrid approach (on and off premise), where on premise represents significant element of the requirement. Additional information: It is anticipated that some of the future call-off contracts under this framework will be part or fully funded from external streams, including European Union (EU) funding and potentially other research bodies. All funding accessed under this framework will be considered compliant for the purposes of external funding by the named participants.

Options: SUPC will award this Framework Agreement on the basis of 24 months, with option to extend for 2 periods of 12 months.

Renewal: Option to extend for 2 periods of 12 months

Lot 5 - Reseller Solutions

Reseller Solutions Reseller led; products and solutions must be based in servers, storage and solutions (the same scope as Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4). The intention is for this lot to enable new technologies associated networking and software, consultancy and installation within the scope of products and services set out in lots 1 to 4. Additional information: It is anticipated that some of the future call-off contracts under this framework will be part or fully funded from external streams, including European Union (EU) funding and potentially other research bodies. All funding accessed under this framework will be considered compliant for the purposes of external funding by the named participants.

Options: SUPC will award this Framework Agreement on the basis of 24 months, with option to extend for 2 periods of 12 months.
